GOODYEAR operates an intelligent production base specialized in construction chemical powder materials. Equipped with standardized closed production workshops, an integrated R&D and testing center, and supporting environmental treatment systems, it is a modern green smart factory integrating R&D, automated manufacturing, full-chain quality inspection, and logistics distribution of powder-based construction chemical raw materials.

Focused on functional powder chemicals for the construction sector, the factory leverages its rigorous, accumulated chemical expertise to specialize in dry-mix mortar additives, catering to full-scenario engineering demands including external thermal insulation, flooring works, waterproof renovation, tile installation, and infrastructure repair.

GOODYEAR' s factory offers a complete portfolio of eco-friendly powder construction chemicals covering supporting materials for the entire construction cycle:

 

- Functional polymer powder additives: Specialized admixtures for dry-mix mortars such as redispersible polymer powder, gypsum retarders, water repellents, water reducing agents, shrinkage reducing agents, defoamers, rheology modifiers, and cellulose ethers.

 

- Customized formulations: Tailored low-VOC and low-toxicity powder blending solutions developed in accordance with customers' project working conditions, environmental standards, and low-carbon requirements.

All products adopt low-carbon raw material formulations features low volatile organic compound content, complying with national green building material standards and global environmental control regulations.

GOODYEAR' s factory has introduced fully enclosed automatic powder production and blending lines featuring negative-pressure dust removal and closed material conveying throughout the entire process. Full-process digitalized automatic control covers raw material feeding, metering, blending, sieving, packaging, and palletizing, eliminating pain points prevalent in conventional powder processing such as dust pollution and large proportioning deviations. The comprehensive annual powder production capacity reaches 80,000 metric tons.

A standardized laboratory was fully equipped with precision instruments including particle size analyzers, chromatographic analyzers, strength testing machines, and water retention testers. Full-lifecycle quality inspection system covering raw material procurement, production processes, finished product dispatch, and end-use application was built. Every batch of raw materials undergoes traceability testing; online monitoring runs throughout production; sampling inspections are conducted on finished goods. Operations strictly adhere to three major management system standards: ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management, and ISO 45001 Occupational Health and Safety Management, ensuring stable and controllable product specifications.
