UF Resin Powder

UF(urea formaldehyde) Resin Powder is a thermosetting polymer adhesive formed by methylolation and condensation of urea and formaldehyde. It supplies  excellent bonding strength, waterproof performance, in woodworking and other applications.

  Delivers shear and internal bond strength exceeding wood fiber strength (meets EN 312 P2 grade requirements: ≥0.35 N/mm² internal bond) .
• High Processing Efficiency:  
  Fast curing (gel time 40–90 seconds) and easy dispersion in dry mixes, reducing production cycle times .
• Customized Formulations:  
  Compatible with hardeners (powder/liquid) and modifiers to adjust curing speed, formaldehyde emission levels available for E0/E1 grades, and water resistance .
• Finish Compatibility:  
  Cures to a clear or near-clear glue line, accepting wood stains, lacquers, and coatings without discoloration.
• Suitable for hot press and cold press:  
  Cures rapidly under industrial hot-pressing conditions (90–130°C).  and cold-press (30°C, curing time 4–12 hours) processes, accommodating industrial high-throughput production and small-scale woodworking.
• Cost-Effectiveness:  
  Significantly more affordable than alternative resins, making it the most economical choice for interior wood products.
