The main ingredient of hydrophobic agent is modified organic silane or
ester. The hydrophobic mechanism of modified organic silane is to prevent
liquid water penetrating into solidified cement or gypsum base material through
surface or capillarity, thereby greatly reducing the water absorption rate.
Guudpoly Hydrophobic Agent is
mainly used in a variety of construction projects, which need waterproof,
seepage prevention, moisture-proof.
The specific application field is basic engineering roof, wall, toilet,
kitchen, basement, Civil air defense projects, subways, tunnels, water tanks,
water towers, swimming pools, dams, piers and so on, which have requirement on
impermeability and waterproof.
GUUDPOLY SC99 is Calcium stearate. It widely

Dosage and Handling
GUUDPOLY SC99 is
added to other powdery components and mix to get a homogenous formulation.
The dosage may vary from 0.2%-0.6% of the
total dry material by weight. The actual required dosage should be evaluated in
suitable tests prior to final application.
Storage
GUUDPOLY SC99 may be stored in sealed
bags under dry cool place for at least 12 month. The storage temperature should
not exceed 35°C. Longer storage times may cause lumping which normally does not
affect performance of the product.
