Skim Coat is also called as wall putty. It is used for wall to supply leveling and coverage function before finishing paints. It’s mainly divided to normal skim coat, gypsum based skim coat, and flexible skim coat.

GOODCEL Cellulose Ethers supply thickening, water retention, and improve workability. GOODCEL Modified Starch and other additives can effectively improve cohesion, bond strength and durability of putty to the substrate.

Flexible Skim Coat chooses cement or lime as base binder. It’s designed mainly for exterior wall as fine leveling and coverage material.

Flexible Skim Coat owns high flexibility, good adhesion strength, anti-hydrolysis. It provides a solid leveling substrate for building façade and improves anti-crack of building surface, thereby extending lifespan of building exterior paint.
